Welcome class of 2039! We are excited to welcome your student into the Cherry Creek School District.

Enroll your child for PreK or Kindergartenenrollment opens February 2nd
* students currently attending a CCSD PreK program who live in the district do not need to re-enroll for Kindergarten.
School of Choice
The Cherry Creek School District gives district residents and non-residents the opportunity to apply for open enrollment to a Cherry Creek school of their choice.
Applications will be accepted from December 1st through May 31st of the current school year, to be considered for a School Choice placement in the next school year.

Cherry Creek Reads week is March 9-13, 2026.
The theme this year is "Read Together, Shine Together!" Our featured book is All the Stars in the Sky by Art Coulson and illustrated by Winona Nelson. This book encourages us to celebrate the unique way we shine, and embrace how a community shines brighter together.

This week, the Cherry Creek School District will celebrate 75 years and welcome back nearly 53,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. As a top performing school district in Colorado and the nation, CCSD celebrates this historic anniversary and commits to continued excellence for each and every student in the years to come.

The new NSWL Denver state-of-the-art performance center broke ground Monday morning; a one-of-a-kind partnership between Denver NWSL and the Cherry Creek School District. The goal is to help advance women’s youth, amateur, and professional sports in Colorado and support CCSD’s vision of a Pathway of Purpose for every student.

There was both excitement and tension in the air as six teams of students demonstrated their deep knowledge of 15 books as they vied for the title of Battle of the Books Champion.
