​Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! 

Please read through all of the documents. Complete each required form and print and sign the sign-off sheet indicating completion.

Our Check-In dates will be as follows:

Kindergarten will have their check-in day on August 8th (each student will be assigned a specific assessment time and while the students are being assessed, parents will check-in their kindergartner).  The timeframe for this day is between 8:30-12:30.

August 11th for 1st -5th Grade:

12:00-12:30 A-Ci lead at fox hollow button with a fox

12:30-1:00 D-G

1:00-1:30 H-L

1:30-2:00 M-P

2:00-2:30 Q-S

2:30-3:00 T-Z

*Please note to avoid congestion you will only be admitted for check-in at your assigned time. The assigned time is based on the first letter of your student's last name.
